 AGENDA

1. To receive, consider and adopt the Report from Secretary for the year 2011 – 12.
2. To receive, accept the Auditor’s Report and adopt the Balance Sheet as on 31st March 2012, the Income and Expenditure A/c for the year ended on the said date and Receipts and Payments A/c for the period from 1st April 2011 to 31st March 2012 as audited.
3. To appoint Auditors for the year 2012-13 and to fix their remuneration.
4. To elect the Executive Committee & Office Bearers for the year 2012-13.
5. To consider any other business as may be brought by giving 14 days previous notice from any member.
6. To consider any other important and urgent matter with the permission of the Chair.
